DELICIOUS POTATO GRATIN
This is an easy to prepare potato gratin.
It tastes so delicious.
Serves 4

14 oz (400 g) potatoes, peeled and washed

1 small clove garlic, peeled and cut in
half

70 oz (200 ml) vegetable stock

31/4 oz (80 g) soft goat's cheese,
crumbled

salt, pepper

Rub the gratin dish with the garlic and
pre-heat the oven to 375F/190C/ gas mark 5.

Slice the potatoes wafer thin and arrange
in the dish, seasoning each layer.

Cover with the stock and bake for 30
minutes.

Sprinkle with the cheese and bake until
the top turns a golden brown.
