NEW POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM
This is a Russian dish that is very good
with lamb kebabs.
Serves 6

2 lb (900 g) new potatoes

1/4 pt (150 ml) sour cream

4 spring onions, finely sliced or 1 small
onion, diced and 1 tbs chives.

Pinch of salt and pepper

1 tbs fresh dill, chopped

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Drain and if necessary peel.

Put into a serving dish and pour over the
sour cream and spring onions (or onion and chives), season with plenty
of pepper and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
