SAUTE NEW POTATOES
Serves 6
Heat up the butter and, when bubbling,
add sufficient potatoes to cover the pan.
Turn down to a low heat and leave the
potatoes to cook for 15 minutes.
Give the pan the odd shake and if
necessary turn them over.
Cook for a further 10 minutes or until
they are browned all over.
Sprinkle with salt before serving.
