SAUTE NEW POTATOES WITH GARLIC
Follow the recipe for
saute new potatoes but throw in half a dozen cloves of garlic, unpeeled.
When the potatoes are cooked either
squeeze out the soft flesh of the garlic and spread over the potatoes
or leave the cloves whole.
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt before
serving.
