STUFFED SWEET POTATOES
This recipe requires 4 average-sized
sweet potatoes.
Serves 4
Bake the potatoes as usual and when ready
cut them in half horizontally.
Scoop out the flesh, season the shells
and beat the butter, cream and bitters into the flesh.
Divide between the shells and return to
the oven for 10 minutes.
The bitters give a deliciously spicy
flavor.
