MUSHROOM DOPIAllA
This is one of several recipes which I
have adapted from similar commercially prepared examples - at one third
of the price!
Preparation time: 10 mins.
Cooking time: 20 mins.
INGREDIENTS

3 tablsp oil

12 oz (350g) mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 large onion, peeled and roughly chopped

1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 teasp flour
-
1 teasp garam masala
-
2 teasp paprika
-
1 teasp cumin
-
1 teasp ground ginger
-
1 teasp coriander
-
14 oz (397g) can peeled tomatoes
Method
-
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and
gently cook the mushrooms, onion and garlic for 10 minutes.

Stir in the remaining ingredients, ending
with tomatoes, and cook gently for a further 10 minutes before serving.
