Break the cauliflower into florets or
leave it whole.

Place the water in the bottom of a large
saucepan. (You may need more to make it about 1/2-inch deep, but don't
overfill.)

Bring water to a boil and add the
cauliflower, either in the steamer basket or directly to the pan. Cover
tightly arc steam for 7 to 10 minutes, until cauliflower is tender. If
the water starts to boil away, add a bit more.

Remove cauliflower from basket or pan.
Season with salt and pepper and serve this steamed cauliflower recipes.
